Eligibility for Return
You may request a return or replacement under the following conditions:
The product you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
The return request must be made within 3–4 days of receiving your order.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Return Shipping
- In case of defective or incorrect products, Itiska Fashion will bear the return shipping cost.
- For other reasons (such as change of mind, dislike of color, etc.), return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Refund Process
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
- If approved, a refund will be processed within 30 days from the date we receive the product.
- Refunds will be made to your original payment method (bank, UPI, or card) as per banking timelines.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:
Sarees that have been used, washed, or altered.
Items purchased during clearance sales or special discounts (unless defective).
Products without original packaging or missing tags.
Exchange Policy
If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we will gladly replace your order with another saree of equal value (subject to availability).
